Civil X Utilities Limited, Murmod, Virginia, Co. Cavan, Ireland, requires experienced Formwork Carpenters to carry out external, site-based carpentry works on civil engineering, utility and construction projects. Duties include setting out, constructing, installing and dismantling timber and proprietary formwork systems for concrete foundations, bases, walls, chambers, slabs and other reinforced concrete structures; reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications; and measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling timber and other formwork materials. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in formwork or shuttering carpentry is required. Suitable references confirming the candidate’s experience are essential. Candidates must be capable of working independently and complying with all applicable Irish health and safety requirements. Salary: €48,133.80 gross per annum,  for a 39-hour working week.
