Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) required at Janaan Food Limited, located at 26 Railway Street, Townparks, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 TX4H, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie specializing in Indian cuisine. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Indian cooking. Proven knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes, spices, and cooking techniques. Ability to prepare, cook, and present a wide range of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, and regional specialties. Experience in menu planning and development, ensuring authenticity and quality. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management. Duties: Preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality Indian dishes. Assisting in menu creation with an emphasis on authentic Indian flavors. Maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served. Ensuring kitchen operations meet health and safety standards. Salary: €36,605 per annum. Hours: 39 hours per week
