Location: Dublin, Ireland (various project sites)
Hours of Work: Full‑time, 39 hours per week
Remuneration: Gross annual remuneration of €37,000.

Floman Construction Limited is a Dublin‑based construction company delivering high‑quality building and civil works across residential and commercial projects. We are expanding our teams and recruiting skilled trade professionals for multiple sites in the Dublin area.

Key Responsibilities
Execution of advanced architectural tiling blueprints, layout planning, and precise geometric cutting using manual and heavy‑duty power tiling machinery.
Advanced substrate preparation, including mechanical removal of old materials, screeding, structural levelling, and priming of walls and floors.
Mixing and applying specialist, commercial‑grade polymer adhesives, epoxy grouts, and technical chemical binders based on engineering and environmental site requirements.
Hand‑crafting and laying high‑end ceramic, porcelain, geometric marble, and natural stone tiles to exact structural alignments, tolerance levels, and design specifications.
Installing structural waterproofing membranes, anti‑fracture mats, and advanced tanking systems in wet areas to comply with modern construction standards.
Expert finishing, architectural joint sealing, and execution of complex mitred edges to meet high‑end quality finishes and Irish building safety standards.

Requirements
This is a skilled interior finishing trade role requiring a high level of craftsmanship and precision.
Proven minimum of 2–3 years of practical, hands‑on professional wall and floor tiling experience in commercial or high‑end residential settings.
Deep knowledge of technical adhesive applications, movement joints, and substrate deflection patterns.
High precision, advanced mathematical layout skills, and ability to interpret complex pattern drawings.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations on commercial construction sites.
Valid Safe Pass card (or willingness to obtain one before starting site work).
