Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Ability to assist with the personal care of service users Ability to participate in appropriate, educational, recreational and occupational programmes with service users while maintaining person centred care at all times Ability to maintain a high standard of quality in supporting the delivery of client care Ability to work well as a member of a team Ability to deal with clients and relatives in a courteous, effective and efficient friendly manner Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality at all times Ability to show courtesy in all dealings with clients, colleagues and visitors Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills Training will be provided.
