Duties to include assisting the Events Co-ordinator in the setting of up venues for events (The Mall Arts Centre & St. Mary’s Collegiate Church, Youghal)  
Opening and closing the venue 
Preparing the events space as required includes: setting chairs and furniture etc, setting up signage.
Ensure that equipment such as the speakers, screen and projector are set up ready for use.
Tidying up after event and ensuring venue is fully cleaned.
