Kerry JOB DESCRIPTION: Kerry Drain Inspections Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Drain Technician to join our team based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and maintaining commercial and residential drainage systems across the region. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operating high-pressure water jetting equipment and mechanical clearing tools to resolve blockages safely. • Conducting CCTV drain inspections, compiling footage, and preparing diagnostic reports. • Carrying out routine preventative maintenance on commercial and residential drainage infrastructure. • Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, including confined space entry protocols. • Maintaining accurate digital logs of jobs completed and interacting professionally with clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Drain Technician or in a similar drainage/plumbing role. • Certified in High-Pressure Water Jetting and Confined Space Entry (preferred/not essential). • Valid, clean full driving licence (Category B or C) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Good standard of written and spoken English for report writing and client communication.
