Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Assemble and weld metal structures and components.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Set up and adjust welding equipment for each job.
Inspect welds for quality and correct defects as required.
Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Experience welding mild steel across a range of thicknesses.
Safe operation of welding equipment, hand tools and power tools.
