Royal Pacific Chinese Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef with the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine.

Duties include:
•	Preparation and cooking Chinese/Asian dishes.
•	Preparing and cooking seafood.
•	Repreparing meat,poultry,vegetables and other ingredients. 
•	Maintaining high standards of food quality,hygiene and HACCP.
•	Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
•	Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:
•	Minimum 2 years professional kitchen experience.
•	Experience in Chinese/Asian cuisine and seafood preparation is highly desirable.
•	Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP.
•	Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
•	Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
