We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Vision Therapist to join our team and support children and adults in developing and improving their visual skills. The Role Working closely with our optometrists and clinical team, you will deliver individualised vision therapy programmes tailored to each patient’s needs. You will provide engaging therapy sessions, monitor progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and communicate effectively with patients, parents, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured, patient-centred vision therapy sessions. Support patients with visual skills including eye teaming, focusing, tracking, visual processing, and visual efficiency. Adapt therapy activities according to individual needs and progress. Monitor and document patient outcomes. Provide guidance and appropriate home exercises. Build positive relationships with patients and families. Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team. Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and patient safety. Participate in training and continuing professional development. Annual Salary €40904
