Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the premises.
Maintain communal areas, kitchen areas and other facilities to a high standard.
Ensure the building and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards or defects to the appropriate manager.
Carry out minor routine maintenance tasks where appropriate and within the limits of the role.
Assist with setting up and clearing rooms, furniture and equipment as required.
Ensure waste and recycling are appropriately managed.
Ensure paths are kept clean and litter is collected.
Work in accordance with all organisational health and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and responsible approach to work.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
