Nish Transport Ltd is hiring an experienced HGV Driver to join our growing team in Co. Roscommon, Ireland.

Key Duties: 
Transport goods and products to various locations across Ireland. 
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on the road. 
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after each trip. 
Ensure loads are secured safely and comply with weight regulations. 
Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation including tachograph records, delivery dockets, and vehicle checklists. 
Report any defects, accidents, traffic violations or delivery delays to transport manager immediately. Keep company vehicle clean, fuelled and roadworthy at all times.Essential Qualifications: Valid CE category HGV driving licence, valid CPC qualification card and digital tachograph card. Good knowledge of road safety regulations and EU drivers hours rules. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills and strong geographic knowledge of Ireland.

Experience: 
Previous experience in similar HGV driving role essential. Minimum 1-3 years proven driving experience required with excellent references.

Employment Details:
Remuneration €36,605 per annum. Standard working hours 39 hours per week. 
Permanent full-time position based from depot with nationwide routes.
