CBM MUNSTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED requires multiple Plasterers at Rossestown, Thurles Co.Tipperary.

The salary range starts from €36.605 (18.05/hr) to €52,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities 

Assist with window and door installations; use hand tools, power tools and equipment safely; prepare and maintain work areas, materials and equipment; load, unload, move and organise construction materials; assist with demolition and preparation works; follow construction drawings, specifications and supervisors' instructions; maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment; follow company health and safety procedures and site regulations; identify and report hazards, defects or issues to site management; work effectively as part of a wider team; complete tasks within agreed timescales while maintaining a high standard of workmanship


 Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, Installation of fascia, soffit, and downpipes (including removal of existing), and Boxing of Ventilation pipes. 
Internal Works: Creating stud work and fitting internal insulation, Fitting windowboards, Cutting and fitting internal doors. 
Other: Performing other related works as required.

Requirements 
Proven experience as a qualified Plasterer with a strong background in residential construction. Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and building regulations. 
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. 
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. 
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Fluent in English.
