Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Looking for persons with knowledge of green-keeping for busy period starting jobs/tasks will be Maintenance of club greens & grounds / mowing of greens / raking & trimming bunkers / swishing greens / fertilising of greens / cut freeways / grooming all greens / general up keep of club grounds & bedding & planting areas/ entrance & gate way upkeep / up keep of club rooms & facilities / cleaning & maintenance of all equipment used / maintenance of irrigation of pop-up system / people skills / time keeping / key holder / odd jobs & repairs
Training is an essential part of the project / all training will be provided job related & up skilling / work experience is also part of time on CE when available to set up
