Job Description:
Leonard Catering Ltd is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals for McHugh's Bar, Galway, focusing on high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation in a traditional restaurant setting (no fast-food).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
Handle mise en place and maintain food quality and portion control.
Maintain hygiene and food safety under HACCP guidelines.
Assist with stock control and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
