National Coordinator, Traveller and Roma Local Employment Initiative (TRLEI)
Location: Harbour Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Regular national travel is required to support local TRLEI offices, stakeholder engagement and programme development activities.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Employer: OTM Ireland (Offaly Traveller Movement)
Contract: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: €51,294 per annum

About OTM Ireland
OTM Ireland is a Traveller-led organisation with over 30 years of experience supporting Travellers through community development, education, training, employment services, youth work, health initiatives and advocacy. Working across Offaly, Westmeath and Longford, OTM works in partnership with government, statutory, community and voluntary sector organisations, employers and other stakeholders to advance equality, inclusion and participation and improve outcomes for Travellers.

About the Role
OTM Ireland has been funded to deliver the National Coordinator function for the Traveller and Roma Local Employment Initiative (TRLEI). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Coordinator to provide strategic leadership and coordination for the TRLEI network nationwide. The successful candidate will support local delivery teams, strengthen partnerships, drive programme quality and consistency, and help create meaningful pathways to education, training, employment and enterprise opportunities for Traveller and Roma communities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative national initiative and contribute to the objectives of the National Traveller and Roma Inclusion Strategy (NTRIS II).

Key Responsibilities
The National Coordinator will:
•	Act as the primary liaison between the Department, local TRLEI offices and key stakeholders.
•	Coordinate and support the operation of the national TRLEI network.
•	Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all participating locations.
•	Support local offices in programme delivery, quality assurance and performance management.
•	Establish and strengthen referral pathways with education, training, employment and enterprise support services.
•	Build and maintain effective partnerships with education and training providers, employment and enterprise support services, employers, community organisations, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders to support Traveller and Roma progression pathways.
•	Facilitate communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the TRLEI network.
•	Monitor programme performance and outcomes and support continuous improvement.
•	Prepare reports, updates and presentations for the Department and other stakeholders.
•	Coordinate meetings, workshops, training events and stakeholder forums.
•	Oversee the development of programme resources, promotional materials and communication content.
•	Contribute to strategic planning and national initiatives that improve employment and progression outcomes for Travellers and Roma
