Playing Host on the night of special Events such as Weddings, Dinner Dances, Party nights etc. in the Hotel.  You will be in charge of the Banqueting Team on the night/day of the Events and liaise with all Hotel Depts. as needed.  Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, Hotel Manager and you will work closely with the Wedding & Events Coordinator.  
This is a rewarding role and will allow you to gain great presence and personal growth. You will be dealing hands on with guests and customers and expected to lead a team by example so previous banqueting skills is desirable but training will be provided.
