We are looking for a motivated AutoCAD Designer to join our team in Cavan Town. The 
successful candidate will be responsible for preparing temporary traffic management 
designs using CAD and/or bespoke design software. This role would suit a candidate with 
strong technical skills and an interest in infrastructure, highways, or civil engineering. 


Key Responsibilities: 
· Produce accurate and efficient designs for temporary traffic management schemes 
· Use AutoCAD and other bespoke software tools to create drawings and layouts 
· Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site staff to deliver practical solutions 
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety requirements, and client 
specifications 
· Maintain organised records of drawings and revisions 
·Learn and adapt to specialist traffic management design software, ensuring continuous 
improvement in design efficiency 
·Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to clarify design requirements, resolve 
technical queries, and support project delivery 
·Review site photographs, surveys, and project data to ensure designs accurately reflect 
real-world conditions and operational constraints.

Requirements: 
· Minimum graduate-level qualification in engineering, design, or a related technical field 
· Strong AutoCAD skills (experience with traffic management design an advantage) 
· Ability to learn and adapt to bespoke software tools 
· Good attention to detail and accuracy in technical work 
· Strong communication and teamwork skills 
· Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
