Marlbog CE Scheme is currently recruiting for a Community Employment Supervisor to supervise a community employment scheme.  The Supervisor will provide effective and efficient management and coordination of the CE participants and the financial and material resources of the CE Scheme and will report to the Sponsors/Directors on its implementation.

Essential:
Candidates must have at least 3 years previous supervisory experience.
Candidates must ideally have obtained a 3rd level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in HR, Supervisory Management, Business/Financial Administration or other relevant qualification.
Proven IT skills and Administration skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Full clean driving licence and use of car.

Desirable:
Experience of developing training plans or training delivery with a clear understanding of QQI and Major Awards.
Knowledge of CE.
Experience in computerised wages and payroll.

This is a full time contract of employment subject to on-going funding from the Department of Social Protection.  Salary in accordance with the DSP pay scales for CE starting at point 1: €743.49 rising in increments to point 4: €897.98
