Louth, Ireland Salary: €36,605 per year Job type: Fulltime/ Contract Hours per week: 39 hours Email your CV to: shanireltd@gmail.com Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions. • Measure and set out tiling work accurately. • Inspect and prepare floor and wall surfaces, including cleaning and levelling as required. • Repair or replace damaged tiles where required. • Measure, cut, lay and fix ceramic, porcelain, stone and other specified floor and wall tiles. • Apply adhesives, grout and sealants and complete all finishing work to the required quality standard. • Work to agreed quality and productivity targets. • Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and orderly condition. • Comply with all site health and safety requirements. • Work effectively with other trades and site management. Key Requirements • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. • Ability to read drawings, set out work accurately and complete work to a high standard. • Strong focus on safety and quality. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
