About the Role
We are seeking a commercially focused and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with data, uncovering trends, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
•	Analyse business, sales, customer, stock, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
•	Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•	Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
•	Work closely with retail, finance, supply chain, and support office teams to understand business requirements.
•	Support forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
•	Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to business transformation projects.
•	Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activity and retail performance across locations.
•	Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments.
•	Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Skills & Experience
Essential
•	Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Advanced Excel skills.
•	Knowledge of working with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
•	Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•	Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
•	Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Desirable
•	Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
•	Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and database management.
