Ravi’s Bar and Restaurant, 1 Market Street, Clifden, Co. Galway is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our busy restaurant. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, prepare staff rotas, manage customer service and bookings, oversee stock control and ordering, monitor sales and costs, and ensure high standards of hospitality, health, safety and food hygiene. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management position in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong staff management, communication and organisational skills are required, together with experience in restaurant operations, stock control and inventory management. The successful candidate must be able to lead and motivate staff and work effectively in a busy environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. This is a full-time, permanent position of 39 hours per week with a basic annual salary of €36,605
