DESCRIPTION OF THE EMPLOYMENT /REQUIREMENTS:
The CHEF DE PARTIE  ( 1 chef de partie for the fine dining restaurant & 2 chef de partie for the casual dining service) : 
A specialist section role working either as part of our Michelin-listed kitchen team for dinner service or for the lunch bar service offering excellent exposure to diverse culinary styles in a dynamic quality focused kitchen ; Minimum of  3 years’ experience required 
Work alongside experienced senior chefs . prepare and organize all ingredients and equipment for your section ( cold and/or hot section) , including monitor stock levels, requestion supplies as needed and minimizing waste, etc ;  Prepare food either in cold section  (cold starters/appetizers) or in one station of the hot section (either pan , or grill, or fryer, or oven) / hot appetizers or garnish or main course  and oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station ; Support also banqueting service as needed.  

The BREAKFAST CHEF  : Breakfast chef to lead the breakfast service, working with seasonal assistants to deliver exceptional morning dining experiences with the opportunity to extend into lunch service. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience , ideally in breakfast service within a hotel or quality hospitality environment.  Interest in working with fresh seasonal and organic produce from our on-site gardens. Be responsible to manage multiple breakfast orders simultaneously.  
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: 
Length of the contract : 2 years contract with possibility of extension; Salary for chef de partie 36.605-38.000 euro gross/year ; for  breakfast chef 36.605 euro gross per year; the salary mentioned are for a 39 hour per week ;
