Kin Khao Thai has been serving authentic Thai food in Athlone since 2002 and is the only Irish Thai restaurant to have received a Michelin plaque. We're looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and keep our standards high. Responsibilities Run the restaurant day to day, ensuring excellent food, service and guest experience Recruit, train, rota and motivate front-of-house staff Manage stock, ordering, suppliers and cost control Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and licensing requirements Handle bookings, feedback and customer issues professionally Work closely with the kitchen team and owners to drive sales and consistency About you Proven experience in restaurant management or a senior supervisory role Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills Knowledge of Thai cuisine, or a keen interest in learning, is a plus Flexible to work evenings and weekends Right to work in Ireland What we offer Competitive salary based on experience plus excellent tips A friendly, supportive team in an award-recognised restaurant Staff meals and genuine opportunities to grow
