Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Role Description – Caretaker/Cleaner (19.5hrs per week)
The role is varied, giving participants an opportunity to engage with lots of different types of work and develop new skills. The below list includes – but is not limited to - the work that participants can expect to support: 
Indoor maintenance - General indoor light maintenance and upkeep of the Centre and Coach House meeting room facilities, including regular weekly cleaning and event setup, general DIY tasks and painting as required.
Outdoor maintenance – General light maintenance and repairs as required for the upkeep of the Centre’s outside spaces – courtyard, gardens and exterior, including regular weekly cleaning, general DIY tasks and painting as required.
General – Help the Centre Manager to maintain required standards of health and safety as required. 
This role will also involve some interaction and general greeting of visitors to the Centre from time to time.
