Working in line with HACCP guidelines We are seeking skilled knife operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in the processing of meat products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification. Physical role including lifting and standing. In addition to skilled knife use, knife user must be able to operate cleavers, meat saws, band saws and other equipment to perform meat cutting. Further specific role details available on enquiry.
