Baycal Limited is looking for a full-time Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. Responsible for generating new business and increasing course enrolments for our training academy; developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns targeting new and existing customers; analysing customer behaviour and market data to inform sales strategy; managing the sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment; upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing; experience in lead generation and client account management; the ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports; excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
