# Luxury Holiday Rental Assistant
**Doolin, County Clare | 15–25 hours per week | Staff Accommodation Provided**

Join our small team caring for beautiful luxury holiday rentals in Doolin.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented person to help prepare our properties to an exceptional standard for arriving guests.

### The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and presenting bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
- Changing beds and preparing laundry and linen
- Checking properties before guest arrivals
- Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues or damage
- Ensuring every property is spotless and beautifully presented
- Assisting guests when required

Working hours generally start at **10:30 am**, with approximately **15–25 hours per week** and additional hours available during busy periods.

### About You
You are:
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Thorough, with pride in your work and an eye for detail
- Friendly, respectful and comfortable working independently
- Physically fit for the demands of housekeeping
- Able to communicate in English

Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are just as important.
