Full job description
We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fantastic
opportunity to work for an established business in a fast-paced and professional environment in
our location in Ballybunion, Co. Kerry,.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
· Ensure food is presented to the highest standards
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations
· Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering where required
· Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
· Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and kitchen procedures
· Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for senior positions)
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar role (level dependent)
· A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
· Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
· Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
