Position: Quality Control Officer
Salary: €36,605 per year
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Business: Large holding company operating franchised restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify the quality and condition of goods received from suppliers.
Check products against purchase specifications and company quality standards.
Monitor food products, packaging, expiry dates and storage conditions.
Identify and report damaged, incorrect or non-compliant goods.
Maintain quality-control records and documentation.
Work closely with Procurement regarding supplier quality and delivery issues.
Monitor quality standards within the warehouse and restaurant operations.
Assist with supplier performance and quality reviews.
Ensure appropriate food safety, hygiene and quality procedures are followed.
