We’re now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join our team! Your Mission As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to: Run the Section during prep and service Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready Support and train new team members Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Support your team during busy services About You The ideal candidate can demonstrate: • Big smile and real passion for Italian food • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section • Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine • Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills • Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Our offer to you Permanent, full-time role: €18.05 base pay + €0.45 tronc) Daily staff meals served family-style 15% employee discount in all UK & Ireland restaurants €500 referral bonus for recommending a friend, T&Cs apply Mental health & wellbeing support Regular training & career growth opportunities International mobility with opportunities to work across the group Big Mamma Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
