Fitzers Donnybrook Limited, trading as Marco Pierre White Courtyard Bar & Grill, requires Chef de Partie, for a busy restaurant, located 1 Belmont Avenue, Dublin 4, Donnybrook, D04X6P0. It is required 2 Yrs., min. experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine to department and internal standards. 

Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality foods. Duties will include assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing vegetables and meats, assisting other Chefs, helping with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations.

Salary: 36,605 euros p/a
Hours: 39hrs. p/w
