Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description We are seeking a friendly, people person who will enjoy engaging with our members and promoting social inclusion and independence. The role involves transporting members to and from our community centre, facilitating activities and supporting members on outings. Key Duties: Transport members safely to and from the community centre Assist with activities Provide personal care if required Operate wheelchair lifts and secure wheelchairs on buses Carry out general cleaning duties. The Ideal Candidate: Enjoys working with people Promotes a person-centred, inclusive approach. Works well as part of a team. Holds a full, clean Category B driving licence. Is willing to undertake training, with opportunities to work towards QQI and/or industry-standard qualifications. Full training will be provided.
