Job Description We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic people person to join our team. The role involves assisting in facilitating activities in our community centre and supporting members while on social outings. Key Duties: Escort members to and from the community centre on IWA bus. Assist with activities and encourage member participation. Support members on social outings. Provide personal care where required. Operate wheelchair lifts and secure wheelchairs on buses. Carry out general cleaning duties. The Ideal Candidate: Enjoys working with people. Promotes a person-centred, inclusive approach. Works well as part of a team. Holds a full, clean Category B driving licence. Is willing to undertake training, with opportunities to work towards QQI and/or industry-standard qualifications. Full training will be provided.
