Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Hotel Managers on behalf of Nightlight Accommodation Limited trading as Ballyliffin Lodge, Shore Road, Ballyliffin, Co.Donegal, F93 XR25. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy hospitality environment. You will be responsible for managing staff, delivering excellent guest service, overseeing reservations and accommodation operations, monitoring budgets and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and company standards. The role involves supervising front-of-house and housekeeping teams, resolving guest queries, maintaining high service standards, and driving occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction. Leadership, organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
