Aureol Global Connections is hiring for a Chef de Partie on behalf of Nightlight Accommodation Limited trading as Ballyliffin Lodge, Shore Road, Ballyliffin, Co.Donegal, F93 XR25. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel, restaurant or hospitality setting. You will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring food quality, presentation and portion control, and maintaining compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations. Duties include organising station preparation, monitoring stock levels and stock rotation, minimising waste, and working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience for guests. Exceptional culinary skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
