•	Oversee the company's IT systems and ensure they operate reliably.
•	Monitor and maintain computer systems, software, networks and related technical equipment.
•	Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV, access-control systems and other security technology, where applicable.
•	Identify technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting and arrange repairs or technical support when required.
•	Maintain system records, monitor performance and help improve IT procedures and data security.
•	Coordinate with management, staff and external IT providers to ensure that technical systems meet the company's operational needs.
