Marketing Executive Employer: Derelict Projects Ltd T/A Lab82 Location: 82 Lower Glanmire Road, Victorian Quarter, Cork, Ireland, Eircode: T23 TK20 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 1 About the Company Derelict Projects Ltd T/A Lab82 operates a café, restaurant and confectionery business in Cork’s Victorian Quarter, offering freshly prepared food, baked goods and café favourites. The company is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to strengthen its brand presence, attract customers and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and sales. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content promoting menus, products, seasonal offers and events. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and customer loyalty initiatives. Manage SEO, online advertising and local marketing activities to improve visibility in Cork. Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Maintain online business listings and prepare marketing reports to evaluate campaign performance. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, retail or a customer-facing business. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, SEO and online advertising. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. Excellent English communication skills, with strong organisational, analytical and project management abilities. A degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is an advantage. Interest in food, hospitality and customer engagement. What We Offer Competitive annual salary of €36,605. Full-time, permanent employment with 39 hours per week.
