Butterflies Creche is an early-learning and childcare facility in Lusk, Co. Dublin. We are looking to hire a Marketing & Enrolment Executive to grow enrolments and build our brand with local families. Key duties • Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase future enrolment • Manage our website, social media channels and online presence • Handle new enquiries and track them through enrolment • Produce brochures, email newsletters and open-day promotions • Build partnerships with local employers, schools and community groups • Manage the marketing budget and report monthly on leads, cost per lead and occupancy Requirements • Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field • At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Ads, email tools) • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience in education or childcare is an advantage
