Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Greeting and registering guests and attendees on Campus.  Assist with events, organising refreshments and catering when required.  Preparing and cleaning meeting and training rooms for staff and visitors.  Ensure reception area, offices, toilets are tidy and presentable.  Supporting administrative tasks, filing and organising documentation. Use of an IT system to log and monitor upcoming events.  Liaise with delivery personnel. Diligence and attention to detail, good verbal communication skills, ability to prioritise tasks. Good customer service attitude and manner.  Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to BIA's policies and procedures.
