Salary:€36,605 per annum (based on a 39-hour working week)

KYT Limited t/a Chan's Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese cuisine, to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be creative, reliable, and a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting with seasonal menu development, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing stock and inventory, and minimising food waste.

Applicants must have at least two years of relevant experience working as a chef or in a professional kitchen. A recognised culinary qualification is preferred.
