Location: Dublin, Ireland Hours: 39 hours per week, full-time, permanent, plus participation in an on-call rota for property emergencies 


We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our student accommodation 

Responsibilities

Manage reservations, occupancy and pricing across booking channels.
Oversee check-in and check-out, guest relations and complaint resolution.
Manage housekeeping, maintenance and suppliers; schedule and supervise staff.
Control operating budget, revenue and costs; report monthly to management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and accommodation regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' proven experience managing residential or accommodation properties and international clients.
Experience supervising staff and suppliers.
Fluent English, Portuguese (required: daily work with guests from Brazil, Portugal).
