Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

1. General upkeep of the premises throughout the week
2. Preparation and cleaning of the kitchen/dining area in advance of break times preparing light lunches 
3. Emptying of bins throughout the premises 
4. Keeping all areas  of the premises in a state of cleaniness and well maintained
5. Do inventory checks and develop lists for replenishment of goods 
6. Maintain an adequate supply of equipment and cleaning materials for maintenance and upkeep of the premises
7. To undertake staff training as required and engage with development opportunities as they arise 
9. To undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time

Have the skills and abilities to take on a task and see through to completion with a high level of attention to detail
2. Be aware of and adhere to working within the confidentiality and boundaries policies of the organisation
3. Have an ability and interest in working alongside adults in recovery from substance use.
4. Commitment and ability to maintain a professional stance without advertising personal views, opinions or beliefs
5. Commitment and ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as within a team
