Inksplash is an established signage manufacturing and installation company based in Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for a highly experienced Sign Installer / Sign Fitter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

We welcome applications from experienced signage professionals across the EU who are interested in relocating to Ireland.

**The Role**

We are looking for a skilled, reliable installer who can work independently and manage signage installations from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installation of internal and external commercial signage, including aluminium composite panels, built-up lettering, illuminated signs and lightboxes.
- Application of vinyl graphics, window frosting and large-format printed graphics.
- Carrying out site surveys, taking accurate measurements and interpreting installation drawings.
- Selecting suitable fixings and installation methods.
- Using hand tools, power tools and access equipment safely.
- Troubleshooting installation challenges and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Travelling to customer sites throughout Dublin and occasionally elsewhere in Ireland.

**Requirements**

- Proven professional experience in signage installation, ideally 5 years or more.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong practical installation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with a variety of signage materials and fixing systems.
- Full driving licence.
- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
- Ability to understand essential workplace health and safety instructions.

Fluent English is not essential, provided applicants can communicate sufficiently to work safely and are willing to develop their English skills.
