About the Role:
CL Meats Ltd is seeking a highly skilled, consumer-focused Craft Retail Butcher to join our team. Located within our craft retail butcher shop, this role requires traditional block-work expertise, culinary flair for value-added product manufacturing, excellent customer service abilities, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•	Perform precision block work and high-quality consumer cut preparations.
•	Utilise traditional block-work butchery to break sub-primals down into specialised retail cuts (counter-ready steaks, artisanal roasts, chops, and escalopes).
•	Formulate, trim, and manufacture house-recipe value-added meats, including artisan sausages, burgers, and stuffed elements.
•	Safely operate specialised retail processing equipment, including commercial meat mincers, bowl cutters, vacuum packaging systems, and automatic slicers.
•	Maintain mandatory regulatory paperwork, including daily temperature logs, batch traceability records, and strict HACCP compliance files.
•	Provide excellent customer service, including providing advice on meat cuts, preparation, and cooking techniques.
