Treaty City Brewery (Conradh Brewing Limited) is an independent craft brewery and taproom in the heart of Limerick, beside King John’s Castle. We are looking for a Bar Manager to run day-to-day operations of our taproom. Responsibilities: Manage daily taproom operations, service and cleanliness standards Roster staff and control labour costs against targets Line-manage three supervisors and the front-of-house team Oversee food quality, kitchen staffing and food cost Ensure HACCP, health and safety and licensing compliance Oversee cash-up and till reconciliation Handle customer reviews and complaints Onboard and train new staff Deliver private events and functions on the day Report weekly to the Head of Operations Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar or hospitality operations, including supervising or leading a team in a licensed premises Working knowledge of HACCP, health and safety, responsible service of alcohol and cash handling Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Fluent English Location: 24/25 Nicholas Street, Limerick, and Unit 13, Childers Road, Limerick
