About You
We're looking for someone who:
•	Is a qualified and experienced Joiner with a proven track record in construction or property development.
•	Has extensive experience in high-quality finishing joinery, including fitting stairs, hanging doors, installing skirting boards, architraves, and other finishing work.
•	Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
•	Can work confidently from technical drawings and plans.
•	Is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
•	Holds a full driving licence (desirable).
As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide photographs and/or short videos of previous joinery projects, particularly examples of finishing work, to demonstrate the quality of their workmanship.
What We Offer
•	Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
•	Long-term, secure employment.
•	Opportunity to work on a diverse range of estate construction and renovation projects.
•	Supportive working environment.
•	Work Permit sponsorship for eligible international candidates.
