Job Title: Carpenter
Employer: KadroBuild Timber Limited
Location: Coachford Business Park, Coachford, Macroom, Co. Cork, P12 EA37
Salary: €36,605  p.a.
Hours: 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
•	Measure, mark, cut and shape timber and other construction materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
•	Assemble, install and repair timber structures, frameworks, roof components, wall panels, floors and related construction elements.
•	Construct and fit timber frame components ensuring structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
•	Install doors, frames, partitions, cladding and other wooden fixtures as required.
•	Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
•	Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with construction requirements.
•	Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
•	Collaborate with supervisors, site teams and production personnel to complete projects efficiently.

 
Requirements
•	A genuine interest in carpentry, joinery, and timber construction.
•	Previous experience in a construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
•	Hard-working, motivated, flexible, and able to work well in a busy environment.
•	Ability to communicate in the English language.
•	Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
•	Commitment to health and safety standards.
