Job Scope: Commis Chef (Asian and Chinese Cuisine)

Nextline Holdings Limited t/a Lin Kee located at 1 Elmfield Rise, Clare Hall, Dublin 13, D13 K8Y1 is hiring a Commis Chef specialising in cooking Asian and Chinese cuisine to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian and Chinese dishes while maintaining top-quality standards.
-Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
-Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work station.
-Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols; sanitize tools and equipment.
-Support senior chefs during peak service.

Requirements:
-The candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience as a chef; any relevant qualification is preferred.
-Basic food hygiene knowledge; familiarity with Chinese ingredients a plus.

Salary: €36,605 per year (based on a 39-hour workweek).
Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 years).
