Ms Catherine Mc Coy is seeking a compassionate and qualified Live-in Carer with a nursing background to provide dedicated, one-to-one care to an individual with multiple complex medical conditions in a private home setting.
The role requires delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting the individual’s medical,
physical and emotional needs. Candidate must be caring, reliable, kind, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of care and provide continuous, one-to-one care tailored to the patient’s specific
medical condition.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming and mobility issues.
Monitor and report changes in the patient’s health condition.
Assist with feeding and nutritional support where required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Provide emotional support and companionship and work in line with care plans and medical guidance from
treating professionals as required.
Meal preparation and basic cooking.

Confidentiality
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and company information.
Ensure all records and information comply with GDPR requirements.
Essential Requirements
QQI Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant healthcare discipline
Ability to provide high-level care in a home setting
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable
Minimum 2 year's experience caring for individuals with advance medical needs.

Additional Information
This role is strictly for care in a private home for a person with exceptional medical needs.
Supporting documentation may be required as part of the employment permit application.
