Working Hours:
Part-time, 22+ hours per week.
Up to 30 hours per week during busy holiday periods.
Responsibilities:
Preparing cakes, pastries and desserts according to recipes and production standards.
Preparing pastry creams, custards, fillings and dessert bases.
Organising ingredients and managing daily pastry production.
Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
Contributing to the development of new desserts.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional pastry experience.
Strong knowledge of fundamental pastry techniques.
Ability to prepare classic pastry creams, including pastry cream (crème pâtissière), custards and other dessert components.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience with Ukrainian cakes and desserts would be a significant advantage.

We Offer:
€15 per hour during the first month of training.
From the second month, €15.50+ per hour, depending on skills and performance.
